These factors ultimately influence the tooth’s resistance to fractures. Successful endodontic therapy requires a comprehensive understanding of root canal anatomy. It is crucial to maintain the thickness of the root canal wall, as any misjudgements in this regard can result in issues such as soft tissue involvement during cavity preparation or strip perforation during root canal preparation.
