Abstract

This article describes a study whose purpose is to clinically and immunologically evaluate the effectiveness of targeted immunocorrection in the complex treatment of leukoplakia, a precancerous condition of the oral cavity that poses a threat to the development of cancer. The study includes clinical and immunological tests, evaluation of treatment results and long-term follow-up of patients. As part of the study, a new criterion for the effectiveness of clinical examination of leukoplakia is being developed, which will allow more accurate assessment of treatment results and making informed decisions about further therapy. Complex treatment includes sanitation of the oral cavity, professional hygiene, elimination of traumatic factors, as well as the use of immunocorrection drugs . The study allows for a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of action of immunocorrection in the treatment of leukoplakia and contributes to the development of optimal strategies for the clinical management of this pre-cancerous condition of the oral cavity. The obtained research data was processed using statistical methods and software. The results show positive dynamics of clinical and laboratory parameters when using targeted immunocorrection . Therefore, this study has important implications for the development of effective strategies for treating leukoplakia and preventing the development of oral cancer.
